There are several things to consider when publishing books, reports and other printed material.
The ISBN is a unique code for the identification of printed books, pamphlets, microform publications, software and multimedia kits containing printed material.
The 13-digit number is used whenever information on these products needs to be recorded or communicated, as it identifies the title, publisher, binding and edition.
