Construction has commenced on the new four storey Science Library, on the corners of Myers Street and Parkway.
The new building links to the current Biological Sciences Library and includes an atrium, many more computers, more group study rooms, and “cones of silence” for mobile phone use.
Illustrations and plans are on display at the Biological Sciences Library and the Mathematics and Physical Sciences Library.
The new Science Library is expected to be open for first semester 2009.
