The Library now has new photocopiers. They offer a range of new and exciting features that we feel will benefit all users.
All Library copiers now have the ability to copy in both mono and colour. The price for colour copying has been fixed at 40 cents for A4 and 60 cents for A3 sheet. This, we believe, makes the Library colour copying option one of the most affordable in Perth. The cost for mono copying remains at 12 cents for A4 and 24 cents for A3 format.
In addition to the colour copying option, all machines can scan back to an on board USB port. This is a free Library service and one that provides some exciting possibilities for the future. The machines can scan in full colour PDF, JPEG or TIFF. They also have an option to scan in Slim PDF, which is a highly compressed PDF format – great for storing scans on USB devices!
Don’t have a USB device? You can purchase new 2 Gig devices for $35 from Library Administration.
