The Biological Sciences Library took delivery of a “cone of silence” (CellZone) today.
This is a soundproof booth in which students can make and take mobile telephone calls without disturbing other students. The Library is trialling this innovation with a view to installing several CellZone booths in the new Science Library if they prove useful. The trial booth is on Level 1 of the Biological Sciences library. Library staff will be seeking feedback on the booths from our Readers.
