Access to Library buildings

Special access to Library buildings and facilities for readers with disabilities and medical conditions can be arranged.

Audiovisual, copying, printing and scanning facilities

UWA Library has photocopiers that copy in both mono and colour as well as providing scanning facilities. Photocopiers, printers and autoloaders are available in most subject libraries. Some subject libraries also have audio-visual equipment which is available for use by UWA staff and students.

Scholars' Centre

Access to the study area and facilities in the Scholars' Centre is controlled by a security system which uses UWA Campus Cards. Any UWA higher degree or Honours student and any UWA staff member may have access to the Centre.

For access to the Special Collections, please ask at the Inquiry Desk in the Scholars' Centre.

Study and training rooms

Most subject libraries have group study rooms, study carrels or areas for collaborative work available to Library members. For a detail listing and their locations check the Group study rooms & carrels page.

There are also a number of Training rooms that are used for Library instruction and are also available for study purposes.
