You can renew items on loan to you either from a Library computer or by connecting remotely, or by telephone.
Follow these steps to renew your loans using the Library Web site:
- from the Library home page click My Library Loans
- enter your borrower details in the dialogue boxes displayed
- when completed click on Display your record
- click on Items currently checked out
- if you wish to renew all your checked out items, click Renew all
- if you wish to renew some items, check the boxes to the left of the items and then click on the Renew selected items
- wait for the confirmation or other message to be displayed
- to end the session, click Start over
Please note:
- an item may be renewed three times via the Library Web site or the telephone
- overdue items cannot be renewed either online or by the telephone
- overdue items and items being renewed for a fourth time must be presented at a UWA Library Inquiry Desk
To renew via the telephone, ring the Telephone Inquiry Service (TIS). Please have your borrower card at hand if you use this service.
