Tracking your Get It requests

  1. Sign in to Get It using your UWA number and Barcode number
  2. Under My Account click on the My Requests link to view your requests
  3. From the drop down menu select how you'd like your requests to be displayed and click on Go
  4. Click on View to see full details of your requests

What do the status messages mean?

The following status messages may appear on your requests:

Status Messages

Pending

Request has been authorised by Library staff and is currently in process.

Not Supplied Request cannot be supplied by any of the libraries identified by the Get It system. Library staff will follow up and try to find other sources.
Idle Request is waiting for authorisation by Library staff.
Conditional Further information is required by the supplying library. Library staff will follow up.
Cancel Pending Request for a cancellation has been sent to the supplying library but no response has been received as yet.
Cancelled Supplying library has agreed to cancel the request.
Received Item has been received (and you should have received an email message to notify you that it has been received).
Shipped Requested item has been sent by supplying library, but not yet received.
Returned  Loan has been returned to the supplying library.
 
Authorisation Messages
AutoMediated:AuthManual Request has automatically found a list of possible suppliers and is awaiting authorisation.
Check Manual Request has not been authorised by the system, and will be checked manually by Library staff.
Processed

Request has been submitted and is in process.

To be Acknowledged    Awaiting response from the supplying library.
Un-Authorised    Request has been discontinued and an email has been sent to you outlining the reason why.
