Services provided

You can request photocopies of material held in the UWA Library, including copies of journal articles and copies of chapters in books.

We cannot send you books and other original items from the UWA Library.

If an item is not held in the UWA Library, it may be possible to obtain a photocopy of the item through the Library's document delivery service, Get It. (This service is only available to UWA staff, postgraduates and honours students.) You can request photocopies of journal articles or photocopies of chapters in books. We are unable to send you books or other original items.

Requesting material

You must complete a Get It request form to request material from the UWA Library or to make an interlibrary loan request.

The material you request will be mailed to you. You do not need to return the photocopies to the Library.

All requests must comply with the Australian Copyright Act. It allows one chapter or 10% of a book, and journal articles to be copied.
