CAS and Student Calendaring

Follow these instructions to add your Class Allocation System (CAS) timetable to your Student Calendaring using the iCalendar protocol.

Step one

Navigate to CAS and log in with your credentials.

Sign in to the SSO 

Step two

Scroll down the CAS homepage until you locate the 'Your Timetable as an iCalendar feed' section.

Scroll down until you locate the iCalendar section

Right-click on 'This iCalendar URL' and select 'Copy link address', or similar.

Step three

Navigate to your Student Email and log in with your student number and Pheme password.

Click on the nine squares in the top right hand corner, and then select 'Calendar' from the drop down box to open Student Calendaring.

Click 'calendar' at the top of the page 

Step four

Locate the 'Other calendars' section on the left side of the page and click on the down arrow.

Choose 'add by URL'.

Choose 'add by URL'

Paste in the URL you copied in step two then select 'Add Calendar'

Select 'add calendar'

You are done!

After a moment your classes will appear in your Calendar. 

You should check on the CAS website that your classes appear correctly in your Calendar. We cannot guarantee that the information will import correctly and where there is a difference the CAS page will contain the correct information.
