Student Calendaring

Further Information

Students are now able to use Student Calendaring to manage their schedules and organise meetings with friends and classmates.

Current features

Student Calendaring provides similar functionality to programs such as Microsoft Outlook. Currently, students can:

  • Create one-off and recurring events
  • Invite friends and classmates
  • Set reminders
  • Attach files
  • Create multiple calendars
  • Share calendars with others
  • Add general interest and contacts' calendars
  • Schedule and check off tasks

Calendar integration

We are developing new opportunities to expand the Student Calendaring functionality at UWA. You can now:

Accessing Student Calendaring

Student Calendaring access is linked with your Student Email. Log in to your Student Email then select the 9 boxes icon from the top right hand side of the screen, and then select 'Calendar' from the drop down box.

How to use Student Calendaring

When you first log in to your calendar a setup wizard will run to help you choose your language, time zone and reminder settings, and to teach you how to create your first event.

Further information on how to use Student Calendaring's features is available online.
