My Library Account

All borrowers who are eligible may have up to 10 requests in progress.

Special conditions apply for regional and offshore borrowers.

You can request items using OneSearch. Requests can be placed at a Library computer or by connecting remotely. Requested items are due one week from the date of the request.

By checking your patron record at My Library Account, you will see as soon as the item is available for you to collect or wait to receive an email notice the day after it has been returned for you.

Requests may be placed on items that are:

  • on loan
  • in process
  • on the hold shelf

Items available for request will usually display a due date or have a status other than 'Item in place'. Requested items are normally due one week from the date of request.
