The Library offers training services for UWA staff throughout the year. The training includes:
- Current Awareness Services (setting up email alerts on new publications in a selected subject area)
- Endnote: importing references from a range of databases using various citation styles
- Finding and citing academic publications
- Effective searching of web resources
- Finding out journal impact factor
Sessions are advertised on News and Events on the Library Web site home page and in subject libraries' newsletters. Training can also be arranged on request and cover other aspects of interest to staff.
