You will need to have administrator rights to your computer to set up an IIP printer.
- Click the Start button.
- Go to Settings and Printers.
- Double click on Add Printer.
- Select Network Printer.
- Click Connect to a printer on the Internet or on a home or office network.
- In the URL box enter the URL that corresponds to the printer you want to add (the name of the library printer is contained in the URL). Note: The URL must be entered exactly as it appears in the Printer List.
- After a few moments Windows should automatically download and install the correct printer driver for your operating system. For Windows 9x clients (95, 98, and Me) you will need to download an update available from the Windows Update Web site.
