Saving documents on the Library Web site

If you are viewing a PDF article in the Acrobat viewer, you should be able to download it to disk by clicking on the disk icon. If this does not work you can also use the method detailed below:

To save a PDF, Word or Excel document via the Library Web site you will need to be on the page showing the link to the document you wish to save. If you have already clicked on the link to the document and the document displays in WordViewer, Excel Viewer or Acrobat, just click the Internet Explorer Back button and then right click on the link

  1. Click the right mouse button on the hyperlink to the document.
  2. Select "Save Target As…" from the menu and save the document to disk
