How to export records from the catalogue (WebPAC)

This guide will assist you to download selected records from the Library's catalogue.

When you have added all the catalogue records you require in your list (using one or both of the methods shown above) you next click on the "Export Saved List" button to be found at the top and bottom of your catalogue screen. It will look like this:

Once you have clicked on the "Export Saved List" button the following screen will appear:

If you selected Browser to print your list, your complete list will now appear on screen. Click on your browser's print icon to print your list.

If you selected E-Mail you will need to enter your e-mail address on the screen that will appear and then click on the E-Mail Selected Items button.

If you selected Local Disk you will need to download to a designated drive.

Jump to the UWA Library catalogue if you now want to go ahead and create a list. It is best to select records for your list in a single uninterrupted sitting. Otherwise items may be lost off your list if you delay in exporting your saved items. If you have questions or problems relating to the process of list creation please Ask a Librarian in your subject library.
