The Friends of The University of Western Australia Library have been supporting the Library since 1966. The major objective of the organization is to support the Library by increasing interest in it, and by acquiring donations for it.
Members of the Friends receive a regular newsletter and an invitation to the annual Christmas party held in the Library. Other benefits include free lectures and guided tours and eligibility to apply for a 40% discount on the standard fee for affiliate borrowing rights at the UWA Library.
You can become a friend of The University of Western Australia Library for a 12 month period by making a donation of $30 - the recommended minimum. Your donation is tax deductible.
